திவ்யா கலை மற்றும் அறிவியல் கல்லூரி 2009 ஆம் ஆண்டில் சேத்துப்பட்டு B.செல்வராஜன் கல்வி அறக்கட்டளையால் நிர்வாக அறங்காவலர் திரு. B.செல்வராஜன் தலைமையில் நிறுவப்பட்டது.
25 ஆண்டுகளுக்கும் மேலாக இயங்கும் பள்ளிகள், பாலிடெக்னிக் கல்லூரி, கல்வியியல் கல்லூரி மற்றும் ஆசிரியர் பயிற்சி நிறுவனங்கள் ஆகியவற்றில் மிக உயர்ந்த தரத்தில் நிர்வாகம் ஒரு சிறந்த சாதனை படைத்துள்ளது.
இந்த கல்லூரிக்கு தமிழக அரசிடம் ஒப்புதல் கிடைத்தது, வேலூர் திருவள்ளுவர் பல்கலைக்கழகத்துடன் இணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
திவ்யா கலை மற்றும் அறிவியல் கல்லூரி ஆரம்பத்தில் ஐந்து பாடநெறிகளுடன் நிறுவப்பட்டது. தற்போது இது 9 யுஜி படிப்புகள் மற்றும் 5 பிஜி படிப்புகளை வழங்குகிறது.

The main objectives of the trust are Training Center, Teacher Training Center, technical training center, Computer training center, Higher Secondary education, High School, Middle School, Primary, Matriculation and Nursery schools.

To develop and Form Lab, Libraries, Hostel for boys and girls.

To provide instrument, uniforms note books and books for free and concession rate for the pupils.

Dhivya Group of Institutions
Dhivya College of Education was started during the year 2005 by the B.Selvarajan Educational Trust under the dynamic leadership of Mr. B.Selvarajan. The new institution, named Dhivya College of Education, at Chetpet, Tiruvannamalai District, started functioning from November, 2005. B.Selvarajan Educational Trust is established in 1992 imparts high quality education in multiple disciplines to 4000 students in institutions from pre primary to post graduate level.
The pleasing 5.515 acres of land owned by the college is a locale of beauty with pleasant climate. The calm, serene and eco-friendly green campus provides an ambiance to have an excellent teaching –learning experience and social life. The institution from its very inception has been firmly insistent on highly determined in maintaining an excellent academic atmosphere, discipline and culture among the students.
Our college is recognized by the Government of Tamil Nadu, Approved by NCTE (National Council of Teacher Education) and the college was affiliated to Thiruvalluvar University, Vellore until 2007-08 and then to Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University, Chennai from 2008-09. Dhivya College of Education was awarded by " B " Grade By NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council;).
The college is co-educational and it offers programmes in Teacher Education leading to the degrees in B.Ed., programme with an approved intake of 200 students and M.Ed., programme with 50 students. The college functions with a built up area of 3500 sq.m with sufficient infrastructure, well equipped laboratories and digitalized class rooms. The library possesses an excellent collection of over 11000 books.

Dhivya Polytechnic College was established in Chetpet in 2008 by B.Selvarajan Educational Trust under the leadership of Managing Trustee Thiru. B.Selvarajan.The College got the approval from Government of Tamil Nadu and All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi and affiliation to Directorate of Technical Education, Chennai.
The management has an excellent track record for more than 25 years in running schools, College of arts and science, College of Education and Teacher Training Institutes in very high standards.
Dhivya Polytechnic College was established initially with five Courses. Presently it offers Six Diploma Courses viz.,
